For added convenience, the battery includes dual charging ports, supporting both USB-C and Lightning cables, so you can easily recharge using whichever cable is available.

How to Use

The HAZE is designed to be simple to operate and maintain.

Charging
Before using the device for the first time, charge the battery for about 1 hour. A red light near the charging port indicates that the device is charging. Charging stops automatically once the battery is full.

Lock / Unlock
Press the button 5 times quickly to lock or unlock the battery. The device will blink once to confirm the action.

Adjust Voltage
Press the button 3 times quickly to cycle through the voltage settings:
Green (3.4V) → Blue (3.7V) → Red (4.2V).

Preheat Mode
Press the button twice to activate the preheat function. The coil will warm up for 15 seconds to prepare the material.

Loading the Chamber

1. Remove the mouthpiece tip from the glass tube.

2. Place finely ground flower into the tube.

3. Reattach the mouthpiece while gently pressing the flower toward the coil.

⚠️ Do not remove the glass tube while the coil is active.

The device also features a 10-second auto shut-off to prevent overheating. Always lock the battery when not in use to avoid accidental activation.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning helps maintain performance and extend the device’s lifespan.

• Remove the glass tube from the battery.

• Clean the mouthpiece tip, atomizer, and glass tube using alcohol wipes or rubbing alcohol.

• Replace the atomizer every 1–2 months for best performance.

• Use a twisting motion when removing or inserting glass parts to avoid breakage.

Warranty

Cloud V Enterprises provides a 3-month warranty on the CloudV HAZE battery against defects in materials and workmanship. If a defect occurs, Cloud V will repair or replace the battery with a properly functioning unit.

Atomizers and accessories are not covered under warranty.
