How to Use
The DRIP is designed for easy operation and maintenance.
Charging
Before first use, charge the battery for approximately 1 hour. A red light near the charging port indicates that the battery is charging. Charging will stop automatically once the battery is fully charged.
Lock / Unlock
Press the power button 5 times quickly to lock or unlock the device. The light will blink once to confirm the action.
Adjust Voltage
Press the button 3 times quickly to cycle through the voltage levels:
Green (3.4V) → Blue (3.7V) → Red (4.2V).
Preheat Mode
Press the button twice to activate the 15-second preheat function.
Loading the Chamber

Remove the mouthpiece.

Use the loading tool to place your concentrate into the quartz chamber.

Reattach the mouthpiece before use.
The device features a 10-second automatic shut-off to help prevent overheating. Always lock the battery when not in use to avoid accidental activation.
Maintenance
Regular cleaning will help maintain performance and extend the lifespan of the device.

Unscrew the mouthpiece from the battery.

Use alcohol wipes to gently clean the mouthpiece.

Clean the chamber threading and battery connection area with alcohol wipes.
For optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the atomizer every 1–2 months. Cleaning the mouthpiece and airflow pathways with rubbing alcohol will help keep airways clear.
Warranty
Cloud V Enterprises provides a 3-month limited warranty on the CloudV DRIP battery against defects in materials and workmanship. If the battery is found to be defective, Cloud V will repair or replace it with a properly functioning unit.
The warranty does not cover atomizers or accessories.
Cautions
Store the device safely when not in use to prevent accidental activation. Do not leave the charger plugged in unattended or near heat or flammable materials, as this may create a fire hazard. Keep the device away from water, liquids, and environments containing strong acids, alkaline substances, or combustible materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets. This product is intended for adults 21 years of age or older.
Return Policy
Returns for refunds are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in their original condition and packaging. All parts and accessories must be included in the original box.
Products that show signs of use or have been altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.
