The HAZE battery features variable voltage settings and a preheat function, allowing you to easily adjust the temperature to match your preferred experience. The pen is available in two elegant finishes—black leather and teal leather—with a textured design that enhances grip while adding a refined look.

For added convenience, the battery supports dual charging ports, compatible with both USB-C and Lightning cables, making it easy to charge the device wherever you are.

How to Use

The HAZE is simple to operate and maintain.

Charging
Before first use, charge the battery for approximately 1 hour. A red light near the charging port indicates that the device is charging. Charging stops automatically once the battery reaches full capacity.

Lock / Unlock
Press the power button five times quickly to lock or unlock the device. The light will blink once to confirm the action.

Adjust Voltage
Press the button three times quickly to cycle through the voltage settings:
Green (3.4V) → Blue (3.7V) → Red (4.2V).

Preheat Function
Press the power button twice to activate the 15-second preheat cycle.

Loading the Chamber

Remove the mouthpiece tip from the glass tube.

Place finely ground flower into the tube.

Reattach the mouthpiece while gently pressing the material toward the coil.

⚠️ Do not remove the glass tube while the coil is active.

The device also includes a 10-second automatic shut-off to prevent overheating. Be sure to lock the battery after use to avoid accidental activation.

Maintenance

Regular cleaning will help maintain performance and extend the life of the device.

Remove the glass tube from the battery.

Use alcohol wipes to gently clean the mouthpiece tip, atomizer, and glass tube.

Replace the atomizer every 1–2 months for optimal performance.

Clean the mouthpiece and glass parts with rubbing alcohol to keep airways clear.

When inserting or removing glass pieces, use a twisting motion to loosen them from the rings. Avoid pulling or pushing too forcefully, as this may cause breakage.

Warranty

Cloud V Enterprises provides a 3-month limited warranty on the CloudV HAZE battery against defects in materials and workmanship. If the battery is found to be defective, Cloud V will repair or replace it with a properly functioning unit.

Atomizers and accessories are not covered under warranty.

Store the device safely when not in use to prevent accidental activation. Do not leave the charger plugged in unattended or near heat or flammable materials, as this may create a fire hazard. Keep the device away from water, liquids, and environments containing strong acids, alkaline substances, or combustible materials. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
